Frey and Son Homes was founded in 1972 by Dr. Milton William Frey II, a Philadelphia native, Penn State PhD, and former Assistant Dean at the University of Massachusetts who moved to Sanibel Island in 1975. His son Barry grew up in the business, earned his contractor and real estate licenses, and became President. Honoring our founder's legacy, Frey and Son has served for over 50 years as Preferred Builder in Southwest Florida's most prestigious communities.
