SEAN SULLIVAN — PRESIDENT
The Builder Other Builders Learn From.
Sean has been building since 1994. He's an Accredited Master Builder, a Certified Green Professional, and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, working under an Unlimited Building License, and he's a Trustee and faculty member at the North Carolina Builder Institute, where he helps train the state's builders. At Living Stone he leads the team and guides clients through the Design + Build process, from bare ground to full renovation. He lives in Fletcher with his wife, Laura.
